Paid Media Specialist

Our client is a vibrant company that merges Italian tradition with modern gifting, delivering authentic artisanal Italian flavors through beautifully crafted gift experiences. As they continue to expand their market presence, they are seeking an experienced Paid Media Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate has extensive B2C experience across Google, Meta, and Pinterest, with experience across other platforms considered highly advantageous. 

Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ad Spend Management: Oversee and manage daily ad spending on all platforms, ensuring budget efficiency and campaign effectiveness.

  • Strategy and Direction: Develop and implement comprehensive digital advertising strategies that align with the company's goals and audience engagement objectives.

  • Platform Expertise: Utilize deep knowledge of Meta Business Suite and Google Ads for campaign management, along with proficiency on platforms like Pinterest.

  • Audience Segmentation: Conduct detailed audience research (incl. company’s data) and segmentation to tailor campaigns effectively, maximizing reach and relevance.

  • A/B Testing: Execute and analyze A/B tests for different ad angles and creative strategies, pivoting based on performance data to enhance outcomes.

  • Analytics and Reporting: Leverage analytics tools to monitor, assess, and report on campaign performance with a focus on optimizing cost per click and improving ROI.

  • Understanding Consumer Behavior: Apply insights into consumer behavior to refine advertising approaches, particularly within the gifting and food space.

  • Cost Efficiency: You have successfully optimized ad spending to achieve lower cost per click and CPA while maintaining or enhancing campaign quality and effectiveness.

  • Strategic Impact: Your advertising strategies have significantly contributed to the brand's market presence and customer acquisition goals.

  • Data-Driven Optimization: Through meticulous analysis and adjustments, you have consistently enhanced the performance of digital ad campaigns, demonstrating a strong return on investment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience in Paid Media: Extensive experience managing large advertising budgets, specifically on Meta, Google, and Pinterest platforms, with a proven track record of success.

  • Direct-to-Consumer Marketing: Strong background in direct-to-consumer marketing.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong capability to utilize analytics tools to track performance and make data-driven decisions.

  • Consumer Insights: Deep understanding of consumer behavior.

  • Educational Background: Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is advantageous.
