Paid Media Buyer

A dynamic marketing agency is on the hunt for a Paid Media Buyer with a solid foundation in B2B marketing, particularly skilled in leveraging Google and Meta platforms. This role demands an analytical mind adept at utilizing various analytics tools to measure and optimize campaign performance. While not client-facing, excellent English communication is essential for internal collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have the creativity to develop their own ad creatives, experience in lead generation through Meta/Google ads, and a comprehensive understanding of marketing funnels. Having prior work experience in the automotive sector is a huge advantage!


Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Key Responsibilities:

  • Platform Expertise: Master ad buying and optimization on Google and Meta, ensuring maximum campaign effectiveness.

  • Analytics Proficiency: Utilize relevant analytics tools to track ad performance, making data-driven decisions to enhance results.

  • Creative Development: Independently create compelling ad creatives that resonate with B2B audiences.

  • Lead Generation: Implement strategies to generate leads through Meta/Google ads, contributing to the agency's growth.

  • Funnel Optimization: Develop and refine marketing funnels to improve lead conversion rates.

  • Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication within the team, supporting campaign and strategy development.

  • Lead Generation Excellence: Successfully increase B2B client acquisition through targeted Meta/Google ad campaigns.

  • Creative Impact: Your ad creatives significantly contribute to campaign performance and lead generation objectives.

  • Strategic Contributions: Through analytical insights and marketing funnel optimization, you play a pivotal role in scaling the B2B side of the agency.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Ad Buyer with expertise in Google and Meta platforms, particularly within the B2B sector.

  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in using relevant tools to measure ad performance.

  • Ability to independently create effective ad creatives tailored to B2B audiences.

  • Solid understanding of lead generation strategies and marketing funnel optimization.

  • Excellent English communication skills, essential for effective team collaboration.

  • Having prior work experience in the automotive sector is a huge advantage!
