Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outbound Recruiter to join our team on a deposit and placement fee. In this role, you will specialize in headhunting and work independently sourcing exceptional candidates for a variety of positions, including marketing, sales, paid media buyers, and developers.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively source, identify, and engage top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools.
Screen, filter, and shortlist candidates to ensure they meet the client's requirements.
Send shortlisted candidates, previously vetted, to our team for further evaluation and client interviews.
Find candidates with excellent English skills willing to work 9-5 EST
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an outbound recruiter, headhunter, or similar role.
Expertise in using your own LinkedIn Recruiter account and other sourcing tools.
Strong track record of successful placements and high placement rates.
Willing to work with an initial deposit to run the search and a placement fee for each successful hire.
