We are building our best-in-class operations team to be both the mitochondrial engine of our rapidly expanding ecosystem, but also the cytoplasmic glue that keeps us all cohesively and efficiently connected -- working together to improve human and planetary health.
You will report to, and support, our Director of Supply Chain in protecting our micro-organisms and ensuring that our customers enjoy an absolutely seamless experience across our current and future products. You are a problem solver. You have monk-like patience and can remain calm in the eye of the storm, while quickly, but methodically, finding a way to safety and balance. You are a great listener, embrace finding solutions while others panic, and will not rest until you understand every detail that caused an issue, and have implemented a redundant, risk-free system to ensure it never occurs again.
