Contentstack is looking for an Operations Specialist in our EMEA region! This role will report to our VP of EMEA & APAC, and will be based in the Netherlands. The Operations Specialist will play a pivotal role in optimizing our operational processes and supporting execution across our Sales, Finance, People, and Legal departments. The ideal candidate will have exposure to sales and business operations, with a focus on enhancing the effectiveness of business operations as we scale. Sales & Marketing
- Provides deal desk support to the EMEA/APAC team and acts as a backup to the Americas deal desk lead.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to streamline revenue processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track revenue metrics and identify growth opportunities.
- Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for revenue optimization.
- Assist the sales and marketing teams in the development and implementation of effective go-to-market strategies.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Maintain CRM systems and marketing automation platforms to ensure accurate and up-to-date data.
- Coordinate training and support to sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Oversee RFx process with Account Executives.
In addition to your sales and marketing focus, you'll also be responsible for:
Finance
Working primarily with the US finance and accounting team, provide general office management and accounting functions that include:
- Facilitate EMEA-based accounts payable processes, including submitting and reviewing vendor invoices.
- Assist the team with regulatory tax or other EMEA-based filings.
- Monitor budgets for certain EMEA-based activities.
- Conduct regular audits of revenue data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
People
Act as the initial point of contact for EMEA & APAC People questions and processes, and liaison with the Global People team on activities including but not limited to:
- Manage interview processes such as scheduling interviews and soliciting feedback.
- Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding.
- Assist the Global People Team with EMEA & APAC talent management initiatives such as performance reviews, employee lifecycle surveys, and training.
- Under the direction and guidance of the Global People Operations team, assist with payroll and commission processing, audits, and legal compliance requirements.

- 5+ years of direct experience in an operations role.
- Understanding of Meddpicc or other sales methodologies
- Proven experience in sales, accounting, and people operations
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Some travel will be required
Salary ranges between €90,000 - €110,000 based on skill set and experience
