You are an experienced project manager with strong discernment, ready to partner with cross-functional teams to drive large-scale initiatives. You love learning the behind-the-scenes operations of a company - how things work, why they are the way they are, and what the impact is to internal and external audiences. You are eager to get things done (and done well). To top it off, you are open to change and not afraid of iteration.
What You Will Do:
As a member of our Project Management Office, you will drive projects that focus on enabling new offers and ways to sell, building platform capabilities and integrations, and improving our operational excellence. You will develop and deliver project strategies, manage stakeholders, and drive initiatives that improve work across our business. This role is highly interdisciplinary and requires collaboration with channel and sales, operations, business systems, strategy, product, and finance teams.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead high-complexity, high-impact projects from conceptualization to completion
- Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration and information dissemination across the organization
- Learn complex business processes end-to-end
- Drive adoption of new processes and platforms
- Analyze data to drive decisions and report on metrics
- Build credible and meaningful cross functional relationships
- Mentor and guide other team members on project management standard process
Who You Are:

You capably respond to internal client and team needs to collectively deliver customer outcomes, navigating and resolving considerations from all stakeholders from end to end through the lifecycle of capabilities and initiatives.
