Join a dynamic agency that manages multiple consumer brands in the direct-to-consumer (DTC) space. This role is ideal for a Spanish-speaking Project Manager with a knowledge of eCommerce DTC. The successful candidate will be instrumental in creating and maintaining internal processes, managing projects, and ensuring successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Internal SOPs Creation: Develop, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline internal processes and ensure project consistency.
Client-Facing: Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing project updates, and fostering strong client relationships.
Process Development: Create and implement efficient and effective processes to optimize project workflows and enhance productivity.
Project Management: Oversee project lifecycles, from initiation to closure, ensuring that projects are completed on time within scope and budget.
Qualifications:
3 years of project management experience with a strong, successful project delivery track record.
Must be able to speak English and Spanish.
Familiarity with project management tools and software.
Proven ability to create and implement efficient processes that improve workflow and productivity.
Strong client-facing skills, with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Adaptable and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Availability to work EST hours is required.
