Offboarding Analyst

An ideal candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a keen attention to detail. Previous experience in operations management and proficiency with operational processes and platforms would be beneficial. Fluency in English and multi-tasking capacity under high-pressure scenarios are required. Knowledge of the cryptocurrency industry, compliance policy and regulatory functions will be considered a plus.

Responsibilities:

Handle and review assigned cases within available SLAs, including advising relevant stakeholders on next steps.

Participate or lead projects related to operational enhancement procedures and other subjects that may form part of the day to day work requirements.

Liaise with teams within organisation to facilitate knowledge sharing on operations requirements.

Handle and review all enquiries raised by internal stakeholders regarding client offboarding (Individual/Corporates).

Work closely with checker to ensure an effective 4 eye principle of offboarding due diligence process.

Challenge the norm and ensure business objectives are achieved with the right controls, focus and drive.

Any general administration and ancillary activities as may be required and related to the above functions in accordance with the business requirements of the company.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education or experience.

Good practical knowledge in Excel.

Possesses strong time management and end-to-end ownership on assigned responsibilities.

Ability to priortise, be accountable for own workload and ensure timely escalation of key risks/issues to management and stakeholders.

Proven track record of coaching and execution in operations environment is preferred.

Ability to navigate through ambiguity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
