We’re building a dedicated task force to accelerate customer acquisition, and we’re looking for a Media Specialist to lead and structure our offline and alternative media strategy from scratch. Until now, our media efforts have been fully digital—this role will be key in unlocking new acquisition channels, testing, analyzing, and scaling what works.

What You'll Do

  • Design and launch our offline media strategy focused on performance and customer acquisition
  • Map and test alternative media channels that can complement our digital growth efforts.
  • Work closely with the Data and Growth teams to define hypotheses, run pilots, and validate impact based on conversion metrics.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting routines to monitor media performance and ROI.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and media partners, balancing cost efficiency and reach.
  • Help define the operational model for this media front — from budget planning to execution.
  • Build playbooks and repeatable processes for future scaling.

  • What We’re Looking For

  • Experience with media planning and execution beyond digital
  • Strong analytical mindset; ability to work with numbers, understand funnels, and optimize for performance.
  • Comfortable building from scratch — from strategy to hands-on execution.
  • Experience collaborating with growth, performance or marketing teams.
  • Proactive profile, not afraid to test, learn and iterate quickly.

  • Nice to Have

  • Experience in high-growth companies, startups or businesses with strong acquisition focus.
  • Previous ownership of customer acquisition.
  • Familiarity with tools
