Job Description
For perimeter under Vehicle Logistics Performance specialist responsability:
- Build and consolidate SP and LP performances through Dashboard, providing KPIs supporting operations improvement aligned with Global requirements
- Monitor and challenge monthly performance results on month M-1 per plant and per market
- Articulate cost performance gaps and productivity, analyzing €/vehicles cost according to defined clusters
- Animate with operation leader productivity idea creation, analysis, implementation and saving monitoring, updating synergies tracking
- Perform presentation synthesis to highlight main gap and opportunity
- Support area managers for governance and arbitration of contract relationship for SP and LP performance
- Monitor and challenge premium freight requests, ensures best solution identified across fields, secure approval process
Qualifications
- Fundamentals of logistics
- Data analysis and synthesis of big data set
- Ability to work with a complex data set in an environment with integrated and external systems
- Use of Microsoft Office and in particular of excel and powerpoint tools
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workload and achieve effective results in a dynamic and changing environment
- Strong customer focus
- Communication skills to be able to keep accountability of all stakeholders on common goals
- Ability to work in an operational environment
