Our Supply team is looking for a Senior New Sales Manager (f/m/x) to join our dynamic team.

You will play a crucial role in targeting high-level consumer electronics (CE) suppliers. You are an essential piece for the supply side of our business ensuring the highest value offerings for our platform. Your responsibilities will include finding, sourcing, and onboarding valuable suppliers to our platform and work collaboratively with the team to ensure we have the best assortment available.

Who you are: 

  • Experienced: You have a strong B2B sales background, minimum of 3 years, ideally in marketplace or e-commerce organizations, and you are skilled at navigating large organizations to secure high-complexity deals.
  • Data-Driven: You rely on data to make informed decisions and drive strategic initiatives. You are a strong logical thinker.
  • Proactive and Solutions Oriented: You anticipate challenges and address them proactively with innovative solutions.
  • Adaptable and flexible: Capable of adjusting to different needs and situations.
  • Independent Worker: You thrive in environments where you can work independently while managing multi-faceted projects.
  • Strong Communicator: You possess excellent communication and writing skills. You are persuasive and quick on your feet.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient with tools such as Excel, CRM, and business intelligence tools.
  • Mission-Driven: You care about the environment and are motivated by making a positive impact.



What you will do:

  • Supplier Acquisition: Identify, source, and onboard high-value CE suppliers to our platform.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance our supplier network and create value-add partnerships within the industry.
  • Relationship building: Create strong relationships and build comprehensive documentation/presentations to support strategic decisions and supplier partnerships.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure the best product assortment.
  • Cross-Departmental Coordination: Liaise with different internal teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Lead Projects: Own and drive strategic projects for the supply team from inception to completion.
