What you'll be doing:
Design and implement advanced service provider network solutions to support customer segmentation on a virtualized cloud platform.Work with the storage and virtualization team to ensure the underlying network can support future growth and security.Maintain existing platform and mentor junior resources.Train support resources for day 2 support and operationsOwns the process to establish network connectivity with new customers using a variety of network connectivity methods.Provides technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to support complex network issuesCommunicate effectively with large enterprise customers and small businesses.Interact with Security and Compliance teams to ensure the solution conforms to corporate standards and security best practices.
What you'll bring
5+ years experience in network design, implementation support, and security of complex LAN/WAN environments carrying VoIP and data.Advanced troubleshooting and support experience of network solutions that include: Cisco Nexus and Catalyst switches, Cisco ACI, Cisco SDWAN, Cisco Firepower 2100/4100 Series, VMware ESXi, support multiple network carriers, and Voice Over IP.Experience with Load Balancing (Citrix).Experience with QOS and network virtualizationCloud Platform Experience (GCP, AWS) is a plusCCNP Enterprise, Security, or Data Center is requiredCCIE is a plusAbility to obtain a government security clearance
