Position Title: National Clinical Outreach Ambassador 

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Occasional weekends will be required) 

Travel Requirements: Hybrid Remote with required monthly travel to Sandstone Care location (CO, IL, MD, VA) 

Job Type: Full Time

 

 About The Role

The National Clinical Outreach Manager will develop and implement outreach strategies to increase awareness, engagement, and support for our organization on a national scale. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including community leaders, organizations, and influencers, to effectively convey our message and drive participation in our programs/initiatives.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in outreach, community engagement, or advocacy, preferably on a national scale.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience with event planning and public speaking is a plus.
  • Knowledge of relevant software and tools, such as CRM systems and social media platforms, is preferred.
  • Passion for the organization's mission and commitment to making a positive impact on communities nationwide.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Compensation: $83,000-200,000 Annual Base Salary + Generous Bonus Plan

What to Expect: Our Interview Process

We are excited that you applied for a position at our company. Here is a summary of the steps involved in our hiring process:

  2. Discovery Call: You will have a 30-minute phone call with one of our recruiters to learn more about your background and interests.
  3. Supervisor Interview: You will meet with two members of our leadership team for one hour each to discuss your skills and fit for the role.
  4. Final Round Interview: You will have another one-hour interview with a different supervisor who will make the final decision on your candidacy.
  5. Offer: If you are selected, we will extend you an offer and discuss the details with you.
