What you’ll do:
Analyze order needs for our core business and seasonal launches using our inventory-planning and reorder platform
Create purchase orders and communicate them to our factories
Manage priority of all outstanding purchase orders and liaise with our factories to expedite high-priority orders
Manage inventory tool proactively (topline forecast, master product list, purchase orders)
Manage photoshoot samples: production and timely delivery
Communicate product-team information to the rest of the Koio team
Requirements:
A completed undergraduate degree in business administration, finance, accounting, supply chain management, or another quantitative field
4+ years of experience in an merchandising/buying/planning/logistics or other analytical role
Exceptional analytical skills, precision, and attention to detail
Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Practical communication skills and evidence of working collaboratively to achieve results
Strong project management skills: setting goals, managing progress, managing stakeholders
A self-starting personality and can-do attitude
An ability to problem-solve independently
Being a team player that is enthusiastic about collaborating with other team members
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Experience with Google Suite
