The Role

We are looking for a passionate Team Assistant to join a talented EU Marketing team.

The Role

We are looking for a passionate Team Assistant to join a talented EU Marketing team.

What You'll Do

Support the European Marketing team on general administration tasks

Manage the process for 2x weekly emails to sales

Manage weekly and monthly team meetings

Diary management for planning calls

Budget management

Updating the EU Company Overview

Liaising with external agencies

Supporting both small and large events and Veeva Summits for both EU and NA

Assisting in recruiting when required

Inventory management

Requirements

Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment!

Team player with a positive attitude and a strong sense of ownership

Strong attention to detail

Experienced with MS Office & Google Suite

Native-level English

Experience with Coupa or other expense management software

Nice to Have

Experience with Salesforce.com and Marketo
