Position:
We are seeking a passionate Marketing Specialist to join OpenTable’s APAC marketing team to accelerate marketing efforts in Australia. This role offers the opportunity to help drive a world-class marketing strategy for the world’s leading restaurant reservations provider.The right person for this should be someone who excels in a collaborative environment, demonstrates exceptional organizational skills and possesses a deep appreciation for food and the Australian restaurant industry.
In this role, you will:

Work closely with the Director of Marketing and Marketing Manager to implement our brand and content marketing activities in Australia

Coordinate with internal teams and external partners in facilitating the launch of regular marketing activities and monthly campaigns

Manage B2C social media channels, content guides, and influencer activities to drive greater brand awareness.

Collaborate with local sales & account management team to initiate marketing support for restaurants

Support B2B acquisition and growth efforts across multiple channels, including website, blog, advertising, email, events/trade shows, partnerships and coordinated campaigns

Monitor and track performance, make recommendations, and adjust campaign tactics based on quantitative and qualitative data; establish testing strategies to optimise programs and performance

Bachelor's degree desired.

2+ years of consumer marketing experience, preferably in content marketing, social media or influencer marketing for a lifestyle brand or technology company.

A passion for the restaurant business and hospitality and familiarity with the Australian dining scene and restaurant industry.

Highly organised with the ability to identify and optimise processes.

Good teammate and always willing to go above and beyond.

Proven ability to learn new tools quickly.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Adobe Creative Suite and WordPress experience are a plus.
