We are looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our Marketing Team as we help grow Businessolver’s brand awareness, equity and preference.
We are looking for someone with a passion for marketing, with a solid interest in operations and the digital side of marketing activities. You like to be a part of develping campaigns and helping the extended marketing team execute with consistency. You love to see how marketing impacts a users journey and desire to assess and optimize. You have a hunger for automation and data, and utilizing new technologies to best execute your objectives. The ideal candidate will have a few years of proven professional experience and success in project management and helping build marketing programs.
The Gig:
- Assist in campaign coordination and digital deployment.
- Set up and manage a variety of marketing projects from concept to completion.
- Set up, measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals.
- Work with the team to track, develop and optimize sponsorships, email content, automations, and website content.
- Manage new contacts (imports and conversions), following process to ensure data integrity.
- Assist in managing display-based ads, keyword ad tracking, setting up and tracking UTM performance and campaign design.
- Assist in optimizing and utilizing various marketing technology and ensure they work together.
- Assist in monitoring the marketing technology stack measuring performance, assessing optimization and recommendations and the use cases of each.
- Maintain corporate website by updating content, offers, resources, feed management, and new pages.
What you need to make the cut:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2 - 5 years marketing operations experience
- Experience managing the tactical execution of marketing projects
- Salesforce and/or HubSpot experience and certifications a strong advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Creative problem-solver who can execute with pristine detail
- Be able to operate under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong collaboration and project management skills – an ability to work effectively with different people within an organization (technical, salespeople, executives)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with exceptional interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Must be comfortable being a self-starter, working independently, and creating concrete plans with input from a variety of sources
The pay range for this position is 58.5K to 73K per year (pay to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data).
This role is eligible to participate in the annual bonus incentive plan.
