Job Description:
This role is focused on brand building, campaign planning, and managing the launch of new product categories for an innovative and fast-paced company in the health and wellness industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, digital, design, HR) and agencies to execute rebranding campaigns, enhance brand value, and drive in-market execution.
Innovation Strategy: Work closely with the innovation team to develop and implement Go-To-Market strategies for new product categories, ensuring alignment with brand positioning.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels to drive customer acquisition and retention, ensuring consistency in messaging.
Budget Oversight: Lead the marketing budget planning process, manage the allocated budget, and provide regular performance updates.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams to support product launches and deliver seamless execution of campaigns across all touchpoints.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
5-8 years of experience in CPG or Retail marketing, with expertise in innovation strategy and commercialization.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with experience in campaign development.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
