As Finalis continues to rapidly grow, we seek a Marketing Intern to join our Marketing to support the overall marketing execution, focusing on our Networking Strategy (Events & Sponsorships) as well as our Content Development for Social Media and Website.
✨ What will you be doing?
1. Content Creation & Social Media Management
Assist in creating marketing materials, blog posts, newsletters, and email campaigns.
Support social media management by drafting posts, scheduling content, and monitoring engagement.
2. Campaign & Event Support
Support planning and coordination for webinars, conferences, and networking events.
Help track event RSVPs, manage communications, and follow up with attendees.
3. Brand & Communication Support
Assist in proofreading and reviewing content to align with Finalis’ tone and voice.
Help develop presentations and pitch decks for internal and external use.
4. Collaboration & Administrative Support
Work closely with the marketing, sales, and customer success teams on cross-functional projects.
Support internal documentation and process improvements for marketing operations.
Assist in project management and coordination of multiple marketing initiatives.
💬 Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and creative Marketing Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in B2B marketing, branding, and lead generation within the investment banking and fintech space.
Ideal Candidate profile:
Strong Communicator – Excellent written and verbal communication skills (In English & Spanish), with the ability to create compelling content for different channels.
Digitally Savvy – Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, Canva, or other design/content platforms) is a plus.
Analytical & Research-Oriented – Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and identify trends to support marketing strategy.
Creative Thinker – Brings fresh ideas to campaigns, content, and brand positioning, while maintaining Finalis’ tone and professionalism.
Organized & Detail-Oriented – Can manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive & Team Player – Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a collaborative mindset to work across different teams (Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success).
Interest in Finance & Investment Banking – While prior experience isn’t required, an interest in the industry and willingness to learn about fintech, compliance, and deal-making will be valuable.

Basic knowledge of SEO, email marketing, or paid media.
Experience with Pardot, Salesforce or Amplemarket.
