We’re looking for a Marketing Growth Specialist to develop and optimize marketing campaigns, improve member engagement, and deliver a first-class user experience. This position will work closely with the Account Management team to aid in client retention and promote marketing initiatives. The role reports to the Engagement Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute custom client marketing initiatives
- Utilizing marketing automation tools to build, test and optimize email/sms campaigns, ensuring optimal delivery and engagement
- Analyzing campaign performance metrics and customer data to generate insights and recommendations for campaign optimization
- Implementing and enhancing marketing processes and workflows to improve efficiency
Ideal candidate has:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of B2C marketing experience in an operations or growth role
- Hands-on experience with cross-channel marketing platforms, preferably Iterable
- Tactical execution of email, segment, and campaign builds
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for basic email template customization
- Project management and cross-functional collaboration experience
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience in reporting and analyzing marketing campaign performance to optimize campaigns
- A willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and do whatever is necessary to ensure company success
- Experience working in a rapidly evolving startup environment

The target salary range for this position is: $75,000 - $100,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on a variety of factors including qualifications, skills and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans.
