We are seeking an experienced Marketing Creative Producer to join our team and build a sustainable, effective and predictable process of getting more and more users onboard.
With us you will:
Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with product, research and marketing strategies
Organize the creative process, brainstorming, and team activities to find the most effective ideas.
Write briefs for motion/graphic designers and content creators.
Approve finished advertising creatives, making edits.
Adapt advertising creatives for different advertising platforms and audiences.
Analyze the effectiveness of advertising creatives and generate ideas for improving their effectiveness based on findings.
Analyze the advertising market and competitors.
Search for new tools and approaches to improve the creative process and ensure the best results.
Your professional qualities:
Experience of at least 2 year in positions such as Creative Specialist, Digital Marketing Manager, SMM (experience with targeted advertising).
English language at the Upper Intermediate level or higher.
Strong analytical and creative skills, confirmed by results.
Experience in analyzing key metrics of marketing campaigns.
Research skills.
Experience in writing technical tasks for designers.
Will be a plus:
Copywriting skills.
Experience working with international markets (US, JP, MX etc).
