Gummicube, an Airship company, is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in executing our marketing initiatives, content creation, managing webinars/events logistics, and driving our social media program. You'll have the opportunity to contribute your own marketing strategies while working closely with the marketing team to achieve our business objectives.
Responsibilities
The Marketing Coordinator role requires a passion for storytelling and a driven data-mindset, exceptional project management and detail-oriented skills, with an ability to pivot through the unexpected.
- Assist in developing, refining and implementing a quarterly marketing plan with distinct strategic focus areas and tactical activities for the program(s) supported
- Communicate marketing plans to channel leaders via regular info sharing sessions
- Oversee the flawless execution of marketing programs and tactics, consistently delivering on time, within budget, and exceeding ROI expectations
- Stay within quarterly budget allocation
- Track and evaluate Gummicube’s KPIs, web traffic, and social engagement, generating reports as needed
- Assist in maintaining Google Analytics account
- Lead the charge in executing high-impact campaigns that captivate our audience and drive action
- Coordinate event execution and provide marketing updates to key stakeholders
- Assists with managing and developing content for all public-facing brand channels with a focus on social media, website content, blogs, webinar/events, etc.
- Think strategically and implement a plan on social media channels that will support brand awareness and marketing goals
- Design and assemble e-newsletters in MailChimp
- Assist in developing and implementing new and exciting ways to grow Gummicube’s audience through web traffic, social followers, and email subscribers
- Assist with content strategy development and campaign calendars to support marketing goals, and drive traffic to Gummicube's website and social media
- Work with key leaders to coordinate strategic materials and other communications in alignment with our brand
- Maintain internal systems for information management related to people and projects, pursuits, and promotional activity
- Assist in updating Brand & Style Guide as needed
- Participates in weekly marketing/BD leadership meetings
- Performs other tasks and responsibilities as may be required
Qualifications
- 1-2+ years experience in marketing, event management, or a similar role
- Exceptional verbal interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, or similar design tools
- Excellent written communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Knowledge of the mobile space is a plus

Compensation at Gummicube (an Airship Company)
Gummicube’s compensation is determined by a variety of factors including market data, experience ladders, and geographical location. The starting salary range for this position is: $55,000-$65,000. Some roles may also be eligible for commission, bonus, competitive equity packages and other performance incentives. In addition, we also provide an extensive suite of Benefits offerings as part of our Total Rewards approach to compensation.
