About the Role:
Pathward’s B2B Marketing Coordinator contributes by coordinating the successful execution of marketing programs and supporting the development of new initiatives aligned with company and customer goals. Your efforts ensure our marketing efforts help us achieve our immediate and long-term business goals.
In this role, you’ll work with the Marketing team on initiatives that span the entire buyer’s journey in support of awareness, lead generation, sales enablement, conversions, retention, and cross-sell.
You must be highly organized, able to handle several diverse projects simultaneously, and consistently meet established deadlines. You are curious, have an eye for detail and have a history of effectively collaborating and communicating with others. This role reports to the Director of Revenue Marketing.
What You Will Do:
Initiatives include pre-event and post-event activities; paid social media, paid media, and email campaigns.
Planning
- Collaborate with marketing leads and marketing functions on initiatives and requests for Commercial Finance, and BaaS
- Develop and maintain a calendar noting the efforts or channels, costs, and timing across initiatives for each area of business
Implementation
- Execute initiatives by leveraging the appropriate formats, channels, and engaging content approaches
- Secure estimates for Director of Revenue Marketing’s approval and submit invoices
- Ensure proper set up of campaigns prior to launch for performance tracking
- Employ best practices including use of data to drive content; leverage buyer personas; and A/B testing
- Deliver campaigns on time and within budget
- Communicate regularly with marketing leads on progress and performance
Analysis, Performance Management and Optimization
- Develop a solid understanding of the target audience and their pain points, as well as line of business solutions and offerings
- Work with Director of Revenue Marketing to identify the right metrics to track for different channels and tactics
- Develop analytics reports to assist teams in evaluating program success
- Make recommendations to marketing leads to adjust campaigns based on performance
Management
- Enter projects and initiatives in Workfront to assign tasks, and ensure deadlines are met
- Ensure consistency across all asset types and channels
- Support the development and maintenance of internal tools [Marketing site on Intranet]
- Develop and document repeatable processes
- Explore opportunities to add value to the role
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
What You Will Need:
- Proven experience (1+ years) in a B2B Marketing Coordinator or related role
- SEO to apply key principles and keywords effectively to content SEO
- Technical to understand the uses, potential and limitations of the tools required for campaign execution including project management, marketing automation (i.e. Marketo, Hubspot), and CRM (i.e. Salesforce), among others
- Analytical to interpret data, and understand why a campaign does or doesn’t work
- Financial to effectively manage projects within budget
- Communication to clearly articulate campaign goals, audience needs, campaign status and feedback
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or another relevant field

Salary range: $41,415.72 – $73,850.76
The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
