Marketing Analytics Manager

Position Overview: 

The Analytics Manager will use expertise in data analysis and interpretation to provide business and customer insights to aid in making data-driven decisions. This role will support the optimization of paid media campaigns through the implementation of a continuous testing regimen, develop and oversee the design and optimization of customer segments to aid in targeted marketing and promotional activities, model and forecast customer retention behavior and LTV to maximize ROI, and provide general analytics support to the organization. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of various digital and offline marketing campaigns and help optimize those campaigns.
  • Assist marketing in designing and evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns and messaging strategies against specific customer personas.
  • Develop models for customer behavior and lifetime value identifying segments of consumers.
  • Collaborate on a cross-functional basis with Marketing, Pricing & Promotion, Operations, Business Development, and Finance to implement customer segmentation, acquisition, retention, and LTV models in guiding various business decisions
  • Aid in applying demographic and psychographic profiles of existing and prospective ecoATM customers to decisions around kiosk expansion planning, marketing budgets, and business growth.
  • Collaborate on a cross-functional basis with Marketing, Pricing, Operations, Product, and Finance to implement customer segmentation, acquisition, retention, and LTV models in guiding various business decisions.
  • Support monthly performance forecasting and gap analysis of results with respect to expected performance by campaign and segment.
  • Various ad hoc analysis to support business needs.

Required Education & Experience

  • Undergraduate degree in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Physics, or a related discipline is required. MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience working in analytics, finance, strategy, marketing, and/or related functions.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Proficiency with Tableau, Google Analytics, or other BI tools is required.
  • Significant experience using clustering/segmentation, regression, and advanced statistical techniques in a marketing context is required.
  • Experience using demographic and/or affinity data to develop and test customer segmentations.
  • Strong data visualization and data narrative skills.
  • Strong SQL coding skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Knowledge of wireless handset industry a plus.

Business Travel

  • Limited business travel of up to 10% may be required.

Location (Where will you be working?) 

  • Remote from within the US 

Pay Range

Base Pay: $90,000 - $115,000 *

*This position may also be eligible for a bonus and short-term and long-term incentives based on individual and company performance.
