What you'll be doing:

  • Lead and Develop the Presales Team: Manage and mentor a team of presellers, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth and the achievement of sales objectives. Actively coach presellers and their cross functional account teams to enhance collaboration, performance and outcomes.
  • Drive Technical Win Rates: Collaborate with Sales Leaders and coach account teams to maximize technical win rates and support fast, positive business outcomes for prospective customers.
  • Enhance Presales Processes: Identify inefficiencies within the presales division and implement standardized operational procedures to improve consistency and efficiency.
  • Develop Presales Collateral: Update existing and create new presales service offerings and collateral in response to sales and prospect demand. 
  • Ensure Strategic Alignment: Link team activities to Camunda’s short and long-term strategies, ensuring that all actions align with broader organizational goals.

What you bring:

  • Ability and/or willingness to use our product.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical sales role, delivering high performance and demonstrating a strong track record of influencing and guiding team members.
  • Strong understanding of Camunda's products and services, or similar Process Orchestration, BPM, or Workflow solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner to a diverse audience, including those without a technical background.
  • Strategic thinker with a proven track record of aligning team efforts with organizational goals. Skilled in value engineering and value selling, effectively communicating and delivering the value of technical solutions to prospective customers.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, with fluency in spoken and written English (C1/C2 proficiency).

  • Experience in managing cross-functional projects and overcoming obstacles to ensure team success.
  • Background in coaching and mentoring peers within a technical sales environment.

What We Have to Offer:

Compensation

For external hires, we consider the skills and experience of the incoming candidate, but typically place candidates in the first half of the range to ensure ample room for growth over the entire lifecycle of the role.

Below is the annual Total Target Cash Compensation (Total Cash) range for Camundi located in one of our entities. Total Cash refers to base salary and 100% attainment of variable target, where applicable. Actual Total Cash offered will depend on factors such as skills and qualifications related to the role. To comprise the Total Rewards package, Camunda also offers equity (where applicable) in the form of a Virtual Employee Stock Option Plan and benefits based on the country of residence. 

The annual Total Cash range for this position for Camundi in our entities is as follows: 

  • United States: $202,000.00 to $303,000.00
  • Germany: €134,300.00 to €201,500.00
  • United Kingdom: £130,900.00 to £196,300.00
  • Singapore: S$250,900.00 to S$376,300.00
