What You'll Do
We are looking for a strong leader to join our team as part of the Finance & Business Operations Organization. As a key team member of a high-visibility organization, this role will provide both technical and operational support to Cloudflare’s Global Commissions Tooling & Strategy.
Responsibilities
- Lead the formation and implementation of Cloudflare’s offshore Commissions Operations Center of Excellence
- Partner with Commissions Leadership to identify, standardize and offshore Commissions processes and practices
- Build extensive playbooks, documentation and enablement materials, scaling Center of Excellence efficiency, repeatability, and capacity
- Hire, mentor and develop a best-in-class team, supporting an expanding scope of responsibility
- Implement a customer-centric approach and lead engagement with internal customers with the highest degree of empathy and attention to detail
- Serve as a custodian of the business, ensuring alignment with established practices and policies
- Implement robust and thorough change management processes
- Employ a principles-first approach and operate with the highest level of integrity and discretion
- Implement appropriate SOX Controls, partnering closely with the Controllership and Internal Audit Organizations
About You
- 5+ years of Corporate Finance/Strategy, Investment Banking, Consulting, or Incentive Compensation Administration; experience with a Saas business model preferred
- Firm grasp of the commission administrative process flow, including plan document distribution and tracking; transaction crediting; incentive calculations; payment file preparation; and issue resolution
- Experience or understanding of commissions-specific SOX Controls
- Experience with Varicent, Anaplan ICM, Xactly, Calidus or a similar ICM tool
- Experience interfacing and supporting GTM & Sales Organizations
- Experience with Salesforce Cases
- Communication: Clear, concise communicator; ability to synthesize complex data or business problems into actionable information to drive results
- Versatility: Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, zooming in with good attention to detail while still keeping the big picture in mind
