The individual will be an integral member of a team responsible for budgeting, forecasting and managing KAYAK/OpenTable’s full P&L and serving as analytical and strategic business partners throughout the organization. Reporting to KAYAK|OpenTable’s Director of FP&A, the Manager, FP&A will be responsible for forecasting and reporting revenue, marketing costs, and statistical/non-financial metrics, primarily for the OpenTable business, providing key insights into contribution margin.
In this role, you will:
- Forecast and report on revenue, marketing costs, and statistical/non-financial metrics, primarily for the OpenTable business
- Assist senior management in developing and preparing quarterly forecast updates to support decision making
- Participate in the annual budgeting and strategic planning process
- Build strong relationships with Finance, Commercial, and Marketing teams; partner closely with business teams to understand performance
- Coordinate and support weekly and monthly business reviews, including variance analyses; work across the team to develop/optimize important metric reporting
- Continuously improve FP&A processes and reports to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and value of the function
- Perform ad hoc analyses and support overall finance function
- Manage a small team
Please apply if:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in finance or other quantitative subject area
- Minimum of 5 years of related professional experience (FP&A, investment banking, consulting, corporate finance, or revenue operations); FP&A experience preferred
- Minimum of 2 years in a management position
- Have strong quantitative and analytical skills, and proficiency in financial modeling
- Have a natural curiosity and desire to learn
- Are a great teammate with a “no task is too small” attitude
- Are a self-starter with excellent communication, project management and organizational skills
- Have a proven ability to work independently, coordinate the efforts of others and work well with people at a wide range of levels
- International experience a plus

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. The range for this United States located role is $125,000 - $145,000.
