LastPass is looking for a Manager, Commercial Sales:

The ideal candidate is curious, resourceful, and a straightforward sales leader for our Commercial sales segment in the United States and Canada.

Who will you work with?

As a Manager, you will lead a team of 6-8 Account Executives, responsible for driving new business and customer expansion ARR in their assigned regions. You will report directly to the Director of North America Sales. Additionally, you will collaborate effectively with sales leadership peers (both domestically and internationally), as well as with marketing, enablement, solution consulting, customer success, finance, legal, operations, and product teams.

What are some of the exciting challenges you will be working on?

  • Manage and lead your team of Account Executives to achieve and surpass new business and expansion ARR targets.
  • Organize and support the team in generating meetings and maintaining pipeline coverage.
  • Embody the organization’s core values and foster a cohesive, supportive culture.
  • Accurately and clearly forecast business performance.
  • Gather feedback from the field, ensure data integrity, and communicate insights to leadership and other departments.
  • Communicate, cascade, and contextualize strategy from leadership to your team.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment.
  • Support the enablement and development of your team, focusing on both current roles and future growth.
  • Coach team members through their sales process, balancing Sandler methodology/MEDDPICC with a positive buyer experience.
  • Maintain an active talent pipeline and manage recruitment to fill openings or accommodate growth.
  • Enhance business capabilities through partnerships.

It's great, but not required:

  • Experience in the cybersecurity industry.
  • Experience with product-led growth strategies.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, Sandler, or other B2B sales methodologies.
  • Experience selling through channel partners, particularly VARs and resellers.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $91,200 in the lowest geographic market and up to $130,000 per year in our highest geographic market. In addition to the base pay, this position will have a commission (60/40 split). Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
