Manager, Brand Projects

Responsibilities

Brand Project Management:

  • Manage brand creative and content projects, collaborating with Creative Director, designers, video producers, and content strategy team.
  • Coordinate project creation and production workflows end to end, including intake, briefs, kickoffs, schedules, editorial calendars, resource assignment, reviews, deadlines, file delivery, archiving, posting, and measurement.
  • Manage production and publishing of team updates, newsletters, and reporting.
  • Assist with team budget and objective planning.

  • Event Management:

  • Help manage the execution and measurement of corporate flagship and third-party events, including user conferences, tradeshows, executive engagement forums, advisor councils, and regional events.
  • Manage event budgets and vendor contracts. Cultivate and maintain relationships with vendors, sponsors, and partners.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including booth design and production, meetings, tech checks, and speaker rehearsals.
  • Maintain plans and calendars for internal and external event communications, working with content strategists, social media managers, communications managers, and demand gen campaign architects.
  • Analyze event performance. Leverage attendee feedback to inform content strategy development.
  • Work with content strategy and demand gen teams to syndicate event content into post-event marketing efforts.

  • CxO Projects:

  • Work with CxO Program Manager, on planning and executing CxO program content, events, and experiences that strengthen relationships with business leaders, driving sales and satisfaction.
  • Plan and manage execution of high-impact program and event agendas and speaker content.
  • Leverage business intelligence and feedback to identify areas of opportunity to improve content and experiences.

  • Cross Functional Collaboration:

  • Keep all team members updated, prepare regular status reports, and field incoming inquiries.
  • Manage and nurture strong relationships with internal account stakeholders in product marketing, partner and field marketing, communications, and demand generation teams.
  • Contribute to development of operational structures and processes for efficient, flexible teamwork with global teams.
  • Work closely with senior leaders to understand key messaging and product roadmaps.

  • Skills and Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5 years in account and project management of marketing campaigns, social media communications, web and video production, event production, and print management for enterprise technology companies or agency equivalent.
  • Proven Success: A track record of developing and executing successful proprietary, industry, and CxO events; campaigns; content; and lead generation.
  • Organization and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, flexibly, and resourcefully; prioritize; work independently; meet tight deadlines; and proactively solve problems. Must have attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
  • Collaboration: Skilled at cross-functional collaboration and building strong relationships with stakeholders; cool under pressure, patient, diplomatic.
  • Executive-level communications: Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely
  • Project Management, CRM and creative software: Experience with leading tools such as Monday.com, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft 365, Google G-Suite, Acrobat, Smartsheets, Excel, Asana, Jira, Workfront, Google Analytics, BlueOcean, RepTrak, Meltwater.
