Managed Services Specialist, Punchh (Austin, TX- Hybrid preferred)

Position Description: 

The Managed Services Specialist will join a world-class Enablement team primarily based in the Austin office, responsible for managing the ongoing success of clients across multiple verticals where Punchh has customers. The Managed Services Specialist will manage the deployment of marketing initiatives to deliver ROI and program success for many of our premier clients. This role involves close collaboration with clients and other Customer Success team members to deploy and analyze customer marketing efforts. By combining exceptional communication and marketing strategy skills with in-depth product knowledge, the Managed Services Specialist plays a key role in the client journey with Punchh.

Position Location: Austin, TX (preferred) Hyrbid in office 1-2x per week

Reports To: Sr. Manager of Customer Success Services

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1+ years of client account management experience in B2B SaaS companies within the marketing, CRM, or eCommerce platform industry, or in digital marketing agencies or digitally focused B2C marketing teams.
  • 1+ years of experience in marketing or a business function for a large enterprise brand, preferably in restaurants, retail, or health & beauty.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail in presentation and articulation.
  • A natural ability to build relationships and rapport—someone who has empathy for clients, can "read a room," and immediately pick up on cues that help solidify client engagement.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to handle time pressures and deadlines effectively. Capable of prioritizing and managing competing priorities to ensure the successful delivery of client initiatives in a commercial SaaS software environment.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven, yet also a creative problem solver and innovator with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency with Windows/MacOS, Google Suite, Excel (with a preference for medium to advanced Excel skills), task management tools, and experience working with SaaS-based tools and products.
  • A collegial, high-energy, thoughtful, and persistent personality.
  • Entrepreneurial, creative, resourceful, and a self-starter in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong sense of accountability and ownership.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing from an accredited institution is preferred.

 

Unleash your potential: What you will be doing and owning:

  • Collaborate with clients to clearly identify the requirements of marketing campaigns and target segments, leading campaign deployments.
  • Execute client marketing strategies within the Punchh platform to drive successful program outcomes.
  • Provide meaningful analysis to influence client campaign strategies.
  • Gain expert knowledge of the Punchh platform to offer clear, written guidance and instructions to customers on using each feature.
  • Proactively anticipate and understand client needs to identify and uncover potential strategic opportunities.
  • Maintain and actively update incoming campaign execution requests.
  • Be flexible with work schedules, including addressing critical after-hours customer issues as needed.

  • Interview #1: Phone Screen with Talent Acquisition Team
  • Interview #2: Video interview with the Hiring Manager (via MS Teams)
  • Interview #3: Video interview with the team Director (via MS Teams)

Compensation:

The base salary range for this position is $55,000 to $62,000 USD per year commensurate with work location, experience, skills, certifications, education, and prior accomplishments. The position may be eligible for additional compensation, including a bonus, commission and/or equity, as applicable.
