The Onward Practice Leader will be responsible for growing NeuraFlash’s Onward (Managed Services) solutions and services teams.
Responsibilities:
Build, grow and manage NeuraFlash’s Onward Managed Services Practice from the ground up
- Create/expand our Managed Services offerings, go-to-market plan, and enable our sales and delivery teams to sell effectively
- Lead and develop the managed services team, including headcount and capacity management
- Set clear objectives for team members, ensuring their individual growth aligns with the NeuraFlash business
Ensure the success of NeuraFlash engagements
- Establish a trusted and valuable partnership with our MS clients
- Support all Onward MS teams to drive successful customer outcomes
- Drive longer contract periods and secure renewals
- Collaborate with other delivery leads associated with the account to ensure seamless delivery and leadership
Drive innovation and industry best practices into the organization
- Develop repeatable and scalable framework and process for successful delivery of Onward MS projects
- Continuously compile new industry trends and create awareness across the Managed Services practice and NeuraFlash leadership
- Identify opportunities to create reusable assets and new products around Managed Services
- Collaborate with Practice Leaders to develop value added, add-on products that we can provide to our MS customers
- In conjunction with other Neuraflash Leaders, develop product/tool-based topics that can be delivered to our customers on a quarterly basis
Provide Pre-Sales support
- Working hand-in-hand with Sales and Marketing on pre-sales activities to execute go-to-market strategy
Expectations:
- Contribute to NeuraFlash at a leadership level, be an advocate of our brand, and help NeuraFlash grow and scale
- Be NeuraFlash’s thought leader in Managed Services, Salesforce and Amazon
- Work with our Sales team to land our largest opportunities
- Partner with our Business Unit leaders to develop innovative assets and products focused on providing thought leadership to our Onward customers
- Contribute to our marketing efforts by helping to create new services offerings and providing input into materials that communicate to the market
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology or Management
- 5+ years experience with the Salesforce or AWS platforms, specifically with Managed Services
- 5+ years experience in a leadership role within a professional services/consulting organization
- Track record of practice development
- Strong presentation and communication skills
