We are seeking a proactive Logistics Vendor Manager to optimize our logistics and drop ship supplier relationships. In this role, you will manage day-to-day operations for CFS (Container Freight Station) operations, drop ship vendors, 3PLs, and transportation carriers. You'll drive performance improvements, collaborate cross-functionally to enhance our logistics network's efficiency, and ensure timely deliveries to improve customer satisfaction.

You'll drive performance improvements, collaborate cross-functionally to enhance our logistics network's efficiency, and ensure timely deliveries to improve customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations for CFS (Container Freight Station) operations, drop ship vendors, 3PLs, and transportation carriers.Conduct weekly business reviews, analyze metrics, and implement corrective actions to ensure performance goals are met.Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline operations and achieve a 3-5 day order-to-delivery cycle from overseas.Develop enhanced dashboards and reporting tools in partnership with engineering to support data-driven decision-making.Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce costs.Prepare and present regular reports on logistics metrics and strategic initiatives to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
7-10 years of experience in transportation, distribution, or logistics roles, with a focus on small parcel carriers and ecommerce.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.Proven track record in vendor management and driving supply chain efficiencies.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Results-oriented mindset with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
