Job Title: EMEA Logistics/Operations Coordinator
Job Description:
The Zscaler Supply Chain and Logistics Team is in search of a dynamic and detail-oriented EMEA Logistics/Operations Coordinator to bolster our team. Serving as a pivotal figure in our supply chain operations, you will spearhead the coordination and optimization of transportation and logistics processes across the EMEA region. This role demands fluency in English, along with a deep understanding of import/export laws for EMEA countries. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth flow of shipments while adhering to regional regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the accuracy of orders and shipping documents, meticulously reviewing purchase orders
- Monitor shipments to guarantee timely and precise deliveries, adhering to EMEA import/export laws
- Maintain meticulous records of shipments, POD, orders, and inventory, ensuring compliance with regional regulations
- Promptly address and rectify shipping errors to uphold client satisfaction and regulatory compliance
- Coordinate RMA replacements in close collaboration with Customer Support
- Review vendor invoices and collaborate with finance to ensure accuracy and compliance with regional regulations
- Act as the vital link between supply planning, demand planning, production, and sales, providing advice and guidance to internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate efforts between Manufacturing, Warehousing, Logistics, Quality/Regulatory, Marketing, Sales, and Finance to ensure seamless operations
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suites, ERP and CRM platforms
- 3+ years of related work experience in EMEA regions
- Fluency in English is essential for effective communication within the EMEA region
- Strong organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail
- Research and analysis skills to identify and address logistical challenges within the EMEA region
- Collaborative attitude with a solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to navigate and resolve complex logistical issues within the EMEA region
- Familiarity with best practices in logistics management within the EMEA region
- Capability to leverage data to enhance logistics efficiency
- Strong customer service skills
- Understanding of both warehouse and transportation management within the EMEA region
