We are looking for a Litigation Coordinator to lead our legal team and manage our procedural strategy.

What You'll Be Doing:

Supervise and guide the team of junior lawyers and interns in developing legal arguments and procedural documents

Define legal strategies in highly complex processes or those of significant value

Liaise with external legal partners to align procedural approaches

Participate in strategic hearings and meetings with opposing parties for negotiations

Review and approve procedural documents prepared by the team

Monitor performance indicators of the litigation area (success rate, provisioning, etc.)

Prepare management reports on litigation for the legal department

Develop and implement litigation prevention policies

What You Need To Succeed:

Law degree with bar admission

Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil litigation or related areas

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Advanced English knowledge

Strong leadership and team management skills

Strategic vision and decision-making ability

Deep knowledge of procedural and substantive law

Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills

Experience with mass litigation management will be considered an asset

Affinity with AI, technology and legal systems

Ability to work with goals and performance indicators
