Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST or PST
Key Responsibilities:
LinkedIn Campaign Management: Lead and optimize LinkedIn advertising campaigns focused on lead generation, lead conversion, and customer acquisition.
LinkedIn Ads Strategy: Manage and optimize LinkedIn Ads campaigns, ensuring they align with the broader marketing goals and target the right audience segments.
Performance Analysis and A/B Testing: Regularly analyze campaign effectiveness, conduct A/B testing to refine strategies, and ensure optimal performance.
Analytics and Reporting: Use advanced analytics to monitor and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.

Lead Generation Efficiency: Your targeted campaigns on LinkedIn Ads have measurably increased lead quality and quantity.
Campaign Optimization: Through rigorous A/B testing and analytics, you've refined advertising strategies to maximize ROI.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven Experience: At least 3-5 years in paid media management with significant B2B technology sector experience.

Analytical Proficiency: Strong skills in campaign analysis and using A/B testing to improve results.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities to effectively collaborate with teams and report on campaign progress.
