Pelago is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator. The role is ideal for a motivated individual with a passion for marketing and a desire to contribute to the success of a high-performing marketing team. As a Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Lifecycle marketing team's initiatives and ensuring the successful execution of marketing strategies to attract, engage, and retain members in our programs. This position requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can assist in various aspects of marketing across our member lifecycle, including campaign and automation management, communication (email/SMS/push notification) support, and landing page support. The Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator is a key contributor to the overall success of the marketing department, and most importantly, the success of our members in our programs.
In this role, you will...
- Assist in the development and execution of various email, SMS, and push notification campaigns, including segmentation, scheduling, and performance analysis.
- Assist in automated journey setup, testing, deployment & monitoring, and assist in preparing performance reports.
- Assist the Lifecycle Marketing Manager with ideating and executing against Pelago’s Lifecycle Marketing campaign calendar
- Provide assistance managing Lifecycle marketing request tickets
- Provide support for landing page creation and management
- Collaborate with member operations, product team & other internal stakeholders to adapt campaigns and automations to specific challenges or product/care delivery updates
- Adopt our culture of experimentation and optimization by identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for A/B testing across campaigns and channels
The background we're looking for...
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field OR equivalent experience
- Previous experience or internship in marketing is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of marketing automation tools and digital marketing concepts.
