Responsibilities
Responsible for own portfolio of clientsMaintain strong attorney and client relationshipsPerform analysis to resolve and respond to attorney and client issues and queries on a timely basisPerform collection calls on a daily basisMaintain level of communication with attorneys and clients via telephone and emailInteract with Billing Department regarding client account status
Requirements
5+ years of high volume law firm collections experience Accounts Receivable knowledge/experience in addition to collections experience is a plusExperience in Aderant and Star Collect preferredHigh school diploma/GED required
