Why we're looking for you
With enormous growth and sales consistently beating quotas, we need our first Legal and Compliance Officer to help build and scale all aspects of the legal and compliance function. Our product is at the intersection of banking and finance and this role will help advise our internal teams and customers on risk management as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
What you'll do
No two days will be the same. You'll work on project teams, directly engage with financial institutions to understand needs, answer questions, and advise on product development. As an early member of the the team, you'll also help design and write policies and procedure to make our sales, product, and implementation team even more successful.
You will be required to be an expert in regulations and laws impacting community, regional and national banks and financial institutions.
