Job Description
We are in search for a Training and Change Lead to drive and develop training strategy and programs, manage change initiatives, and ensure smooth transition in a global organization. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and delivering training
- Training evaluation
- Supporting change management
- Managing stakeholders
- Providing user support
- Monitoring progress
Qualifications
- Global project experience
- Training strategy expertise
- Change management experience
- E-commerce familiarity
- Strong communication skills
- Preferably, agile project experience in a global matrix organization.
