About the role and why it’s unique:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to confirm priorities and dependencies of all project deliverables and ensure expectations are being met.
- Clearly communicate with stakeholders regarding actions and deliverables for their team, including actions in place for addressing any open issues.
- Maintain up-to-date tracking of roadmap commitments and provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership.
- Identify and remove blockers and dependencies with other partner teams across the organization.
- Act as an advocate and team member working alongside one or more agile development teams, and ensure points of collaboration between teams are running smoothly.
- Work with team members to identify, define, and document best practices and decisions made.
- Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization.
Who you are:
- 4+ years of experience supporting a development team(s).
- Ability to thrive in a creative, fast-paced environment where ambiguity and complexity are norms.
- Comfortable in leading cross-functional collaboration and building alignment around a vision.
- A proactive approach, turning ideas into action, problems into opportunities through customer advocacy, process improvement, and process analysis.
- Extensive experience working with Scrum/Agile methods, and tools such as Jira, Notion, and G-Suite.
- Ability to explain complex concepts or problems of varying content, style, and form to fit the needs of diverse audiences.
- Accustomed to establishing practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization.
- Basic understanding of technical terminology related to software applications & infrastructure.
Even better if you have:
- Experience in directly managing a project management team
- Experience of building processes ground up
- Familiarity or interest in the sports betting industry and product landscape
Our targeted compensation rate for this position is between $130,000 and $150,000, depending on experience, plus equity. Think your skills are exceptional and warrant higher pay? Apply anyway! If we agree, we're willing to negotiate.
