User data is central to creating personalized customer experiences with modern marketing platforms. Having a complete and accurate view of your users and their activities is the basis for building meaningful, personalized 1:1 customer experiences. As the Lead for User Profiles at Attentive, you'll ensure our customers have access to accurate user data that drives their business, while supporting AI and ML efforts with high-quality data. You'll be responsible for building robust large scale systems to support a rapidly growing customer base and rapidly expanding data needs.

For US based applicants:
- The US base salary range for this full time position is $173,200 - $240,000 annually + equity + benefits
- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location
