The Opportunity:
We are seeking a part-time Lead Generation & Outreach Associate to support our growth by identifying potential Palmstreet sellers across various online platforms and conducting targeted outreach. This role is ideal for someone who is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and interested in startups. You’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our seller base and work closely with our leadership team to accelerate growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential sellers across online platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and more.
Conduct outbound messaging through email and social media DMs to engage with potential sellers.
Track outreach performance (open rates, response rates) and collaborate with the sales team to optimize strategies.
Maintain accurate records of lead information and outreach performance in our CRM.
Qualifications:
Ideal for an entry-level candidate interested in startups, marketing, or sales.
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to craft compelling messages.
Experience with social media platforms and a basic understanding of cold outreach strategies.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and data entry skills.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools for lead generation and communication.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle repetitive tasks.
Passion for startups, handmade goods, or small businesses is a plus.
Compensation:
Part-time $20/hour; up to 30 hours per week
