The Lead FP&A Analyst will serve as a key financial business partner to assigned business functions providing a link between business functions and the FP&A team while supporting corporate forecasting needs. The analyst in this role will build, update and interpret business needs into financial insights through financial models and strategic business analyses. In addition, the Lead FP&A analyst will support corporate FP&A activities such as cash flow forecasting, consolidating inputs across the FP&A team and supporting projects as needed. The successful individual in this role will be self-motivated, detail oriented and be accountable working under deadlines. This role will help support the company’s overall financial goals through balancing insights and analytics across both business and financial objectives.
The successful individual in this role will be ready to roll-up their sleeves and work cross functionally to achieve high quality results. Proven experience as a successful financial business partner is required.

Required Education, Experience, Certifications and Skills
The base salary range for this US-based, full-time, and exempt position is $110,000-$120,000, not including variable compensation. An employee’s exact starting salary will be based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, location, and the ability to exemplify the HHAeXchange core values.
