Job Description
Mission:
- Ensure product/process development or industrialization according to department rules and specifications adapted to his scope, in compliance with regulations, the legal obligation of the General Product Safety and Renault Design System, and suggest optimizations
- Ensure the robustness of the product / process design
- Technical support for designers, preparation engineers, industrial facilities contract managers, logisticians, quality analysts, etc. in carrying out their activities
- Guide or manage developers in achieving their deliverables
- For Engineering Leaders in charge of Modules,
- Manage his/her team to achieve Module QCD objectives
- Digital Simulation specificities :
- Manage part of Digital simulation activities which are necessary to ensure project development within QCD and TEI constraints
- Capitalise Digital know-how in product/process development
- Coordinate group of P/P Designers through results analysis, roadbloks identification, and proposal for solutions to drive technical definition convergence to ensure Customer Performance convergence
Deliverables:
- Suggesting technical solutions to his customer
- Validation of the specification of parts by team leader delegation
- Signing of plans by team leader delegation
- Synthesis files on technical convergence and progress (design scope for IM)
- Quality update ANPQP data base for milestones and JPOC follow up for POI
- Quality Documentation
- Quality and Planning of RO
- Documentation of NDL/ DAISI/ Check-List, GRP, NRL / RFNM, EQM. Assessor
- Initiate technical Documentation into Opep
- Components representativity matrice for “Prototypes and Pre-series”
- Manage Lup resolution
Qualifications
Mandatory skills:
- Basic knowledge of dashboard parts
- Good knowledge of client's work procedures, methods and tools
- Geometry (HCPP/PDJ/CDC)
- Knowledge of CAE numerical simulations (Crash, NVH, Static, Rheo)
- Check the conception rules (RTC/NRL/Regulatoryr+SGP)
- Knowledge of CATIA V5, NewPDM
- Knowledge in the Development Phase (convergence) (VPC-TGA)
- Knowledge in the Industrialization Phase (map) (TGA-MA)
- Manage project schedules and their convergence (Critical Paths, Ki Planning, Master-Planning Committee)
- Document structure, BOM and parts, cut-outs, MTC, ... (SIGNE, One-View: One-TD)
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of REVS and/or ONEVAL
- ANPQP: rules and procedures/tool use/data extraction and processing/monitoring
- Prism/VQP
- Matsub
- Basic economic knowledge
