What you’ll do
Lead the charge in immersive technologies, developing immersive products and experiences (VR, AR, interactive 3D) that unlock new service offerings for SupersidePrototype and iterate rapidly by turn visionary ideas into functional prototypes and templates, pushing the boundaries of creative and technical possibilitiesWork closely with 3D, motion design, and web design teams to create immersive products that integrate seamlessly across platforms.Build responsive, high-quality spatial apps and interactive experience for web, mobile, and headsetsUse AI tools to automate processes, personalize user experiences, and elevate creative outputsManage the end-to-end development of immersive projects, ensuring they meet client goals and are delivered on timeBe the go-to expert for immersive technologies, educating internal teams and clients on the potential of VR, AR, and AI while fostering a culture of innovationLead the creation of key portfolio projects that highlight Superside’s immersive capabilities and position us as a leader in the industry
What you’ll need to succeed
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Interactive Media / Computational Design4+ years of experience in developing VR/AR applications using platforms like Unity or Unreal Engine, with strong skills in C# or C++A strong portfolio showcasing VR/AR, interactive spatial experiences, and innovative R&D projectsExperience with immersive software (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine), hardware (e.g., VR/AR headsets, sensors and computer vision), and the ability to implement these technologies in creative projectsExperience with VR SDKs (e.g., Oculus SDK, SteamVR) and AR frameworks (e.g., ARKit, ARCore)Proficiency in full-stack web and mobile development, with expertise in front-end frameworks (React.js, JavaScript) and mobile technologies (Swift, Kotlin)Experience in creating interactive spatial web experiences with WebGL, D3.js, Three.js.Strong understanding of spatial UX/UI design principles for VR/AR and immersive environments, spatial computing and 3D modelingProven experience in a customer-facing role, managing expectations, and delivering innovative technical solutions that meet client needsExcellent English communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively with design teamsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing innovation with practical considerations like budgets and timelinesStrong understanding of AI-enhanced content creation and experience using AI tools to enhance development processes is a plusA passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of trends in immersive design, AI, and emerging technologies
