Labor Relations Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Administers various human resources plans and procedures for employee personnel; assists in the development, implementation and interpretation of personnel policies and procedures.
  • Partners with local management to ensure that employees are treated in an equitable and consistent manner and Company policies and practices.
  • Finds the right balance between the policies compliance, the business need and employee advocacy.
  • Participates in dismissal processes along with the LR Manager according to the complexity level of the terminations.
  • Collaborates in Security and Health issues related according to the needs of the area.
  • Performs general benefits administration to include communicating benefit information to employees like eligibility, enrollment process and plan understanding.
  • Assists in elaboration of reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.
  • Maintains human resource information system records and complies reports from the database.
  • Advises and ensures local management adheres to relevant federal and state employment laws, as well as developing, implementing, and maintaining all required regulatory reporting.
  • The role requires to be On Site most of the time according to the business needs.
  • Participates in contributing to success of department goals, objectives, and systems.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience resolving employee relations issues.
  • Strong analytical skills, including reporting, synthesizing data to identify themes and create solutions to address those issues.
  • Successful tracks record and follow up of delivering superior client service.
  • Strong emotional intelligence skills and high ethical standards like confidentiality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Office (Word, Power point, Excel) and HR platform skills
  • Human Resources Generalist skills experience
  • Internship or finished bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field with 3-5 years of related work experience.

 

Preferred:

  • Bilingual in English / Spanish – speak, read and write well in both languages.
  • Bachelor’s degree (with Certificate) in human resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • HR platform skills (Workday preferred)
