Responsibilities
Manage the existing portfolio of KYC and KYB vendors, evaluating performance and identifying opportunities for improvement or expansionDevelop and coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to implement strategies in order to build the best in-class KYC/KYB solutionDrive contract extension / new vendor on-boardingEvaluate vendor performance data by tracking key metrics and service level agreements (SLAs). Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address any performance gaps and drive continuous improvementContribute to identifying and mitigating risks associated with vendor relationships. Assist in conducting due diligence and risk assessments to ensure vendor compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standardsHandles monthly billing, forecasting and usage tracking while ensuring cost effectiveness of all vendorsConduct market analysis to identify and select new vendors, deploy segment knowledge and insights to create strategy for business growth
Requirements
5+ years of KYC or vendor management experience from Finance or Technology industry; Crypto experience preferredFamiliarity with contract management and vendor evaluation process, understanding of vendor relationship dynamics and negotiation principles Result-driven. Strong ability in analyzing data to derive insights and make decisionsExcellent communication, analytical, logical thinking, problem-solving, and writing skillsGood time management and coordination skills to manage multiple projects and keep them on scheduleAdaptable, open-minded, and comfortable to work in a fast-paced remote working environmentProficiency in written and spoken English is a must
