We’re searching for a self-motivated and highly skilled Knowledge Management Specialist Level 1 to join our team and help take our client-focused content and education to the next level. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of writing for a knowledge management environment at a high-growth SaaS company, is highly-collaborative, and has a natural desire to help customers. In this role, you will create content, update, and manage high-quality learning content inside our knowledge management environment. Your success is defined by our customers’ success in using our products and features. The base salary range for this US-based, full-time, and exempt position is $70,000 - $80,000 not including variable compensation. An employee’s exact starting salary will be based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, location, and the ability to exemplify the HHAeXchange core values.
