Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Technical Documentation Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and to plan the homologation process of the model;
• Analyze and process the technical data necessary to the formation of the homologation documentation;
• Control suitability and availability of materials/vehicles for homologation tests;
• Coordinating the carrying out of the tests, participating in them and processing the results, drawing up the information sheet and the relative technical annexes;
• Organise the completion of the process in the ways and times consistent with company objectives, in all exporting countries;
• Defining the company's position in relation to projects for new laws to be presented and supported in the various institutional venues;
• Implementing and coordinating legislative consultancy activities for the various company functions;
• Interaction with the specific company "data base" for the management of technical homologation data aimed at vehicle registration.

Qualifications

Technical skills:

• Technical degree or diploma of industrial engineering;
• Aptitude to the examination of legal texts, legal and technical part, analysis and synthesis of the content;
• Technical knowledge of the vehicle (performance, physical dimensions, technical drawing);
• Good ability to "read" the technical drawing;
• Knowledge of computer systems (Microsoft Office, SAP, CAD, CoDeP);
• Knowledge of motor vehicle regulations.

Soft skills:

• Good knowledge of the English language - spoken and written;
• Predisposition to teamwork;
• Aptitude for interpersonal relationships, spirit of initiative, ability to analyze and synthesis, precision, meticulousness, order;
• Good communication skills in dealing with public bodies and national and international institutions;
• Aptitude for organizing one's own work and for disseminating information.
