What you'll be doing:
- Check the platform daily to ensure that all contractor invoices are paid on time.
- Regularly review payment systems for client payments requiring specific intervention. Reconciliation of payments with Contractor invoices.
- In the event of any issues, identify the cause of non-payment or incorrect payment of invoices, process the necessary payment, and suggest the client certain measures to prevent similar issues in the future.
- Make sure the invoices are recorded in the accounting system
- Identify weaknesses in the process and propose improvements.
