To help accelerate our growth and pace of delivery, we are looking for a talented Junior Finance Operations Manager to take charge of our various product lines from discovery to delivery. We are in the process of building out a world-class HR solution, and we’re bringing together a team of leaders with a passion for developing and growing.

What you'll be doing:

  • Concierge Services:
  • Communicate with clients to accurately determine which flights, types of accommodation and rates suit them.
  • Book flights, change dates, and process refunds if needed.
  • Book hotels and apartments, and handle payment for accommodation.
  • Communicate with airlines, hotels in the event of inquiries or difficulties regarding payment, refunds, etc.
  • Maintain records of all transactions, i.e. processing the payments to vendors (hotels, flight tickets etc.)
  • Maintain communication with clients in urgent situations.
  • Prepare the detailed reports on Concierge services provided to Clients

  • Contractors Services:
  • Daily Monitoring of Invoices generated:
  • - Check the platform daily to ensure that all contractor invoices are paid on time.
  • Payment System Review:
  • - Regularly review payment systems for client payments requiring specific intervention. Reconciliation of payments with Contractor invoices.
  • Issue Resolution:
  • - In the event of any issues, identify the cause of non-payment or incorrect payment of invoices, process the necessary payment, and suggest the client certain measures to prevent similar issues in the future.
  • Invoice Management:
  • - Make sure the invoices are recorded in the accounting system
  • Process Improvement:
  • - Identify weaknesses in the process and propose improvements.

    Job responsibilities of role may change based on Finance Management discretion.

    What you’ll need:

  • 2-year accounting degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • English verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize work to meet set deadlines.
  • Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze and research data and resolve discrepancies.
  • Ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment and shift priorities as needed.
  • Ability to seek out information and resolve issues.
  • Comfortable working autonomously but within a team.
  • High-level numeracy and reconciliation skills, with demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy.
